I’ve been fortunate to walk a diverse professional path, and those experiences have shaped insights I now share with clients, colleagues, and leaders at every stage—whether you’re just starting out or seeking a deeper, more meaningful connection to your work and life.
Like many of you, I wear many hats: professional, parent, caregiver, gardener, and someone committed to living with spiritual curiosity and care for the world. I believe we can honor all of these roles without losing ourselves, and still lead with innovation, clarity, and purpose.

A Bit About Me
I’ve always been drawn to big challenges—the kind that seem impossible until you break them down with the right team. Throughout my career, I’ve led diverse groups to create human-centered innovation that makes a real impact, and I love pushing boundaries to see what’s possible.
At my core, I’m a servant leader who balances big-picture strategy with rolling up my sleeves in the trenches. Change and ambiguity don’t rattle me—in fact, I thrive on guiding teams through it with resilience and creativity.
I’ve been lucky to collaborate with teams all over the world, learning from different cultures and finding ways to adapt, motivate, and build meaningful connections. What excites me most is bringing together products, services, data, and technology to design experiences that truly matter. And because I’m a storyteller at heart, I use data not just to inform decisions, but to inspire teams and partners to move forward together.
